Every user must verify that they are documenting genuine, earned income before generating any pay record. Submitting false or fabricated pay records is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Users who generate fabricated pay records will have their accounts immediately terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Not Tax or Legal Advice
PayStubVault provides calculation and formatting assistance only. We are not a tax preparation service, payroll service, CPA firm, or law firm. All generated documents should be reviewed by a qualified tax professional or attorney before use for official purposes.
IRS-Format, Not IRS-Approved
Our documents are formatted to IRS standards for informational consistency, but PayStubVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Internal Revenue Service or any other government agency.
Your use of PayStubVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal or payroll data to third parties.
PayStubVault is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages arising from Service interruptions.

The PayStubVault name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of PayStubVault. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our branding without prior written permission. The generated pay records are for your personal use; you may not resell or redistribute them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent changes. Continued use of PayStubVault after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PayStubVault shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
